That’s right, new clients and followers may not know this, but we’re lucky enough to work with a slew of amazing global vendors based in places like India, Lithuania, Lebanon, and Switzerland! Sourcing specialty goods from global designers takes more legwork, but it’s just one way we differentiate ourselves to convey a distinct and completely unique point of view!
Additionally, the majority of products we source are handmade and boast bespoke details paired with unparalleled craftsmanship, whether it’s hand-beading, hand-weaving, stitching, embroidery, or paint-work. This means no two pieces are identical and each item is truly a “work of art”!
With this in mind, we’re doing everything in our power to make these magical pieces as affordable as possible without sacrificing quality. In short, she’s just debuted a collection of breathable cotton facemasks featuring her signature hand-painted designs, and she’s donating 100% of proceeds to CNH. Local Spotlight: Heather Lynn Arts
Abstract artist Heather Lynn is a DC-based mixed medium painter specializing in large scale residential, commercial, and commission work. Her work has been featured by galleries in New York, Miami, Washington, and Italy, and we’re big fans of her vibrant compositions featuring rich textures and contrasting color schemes.
When we learned that Heather was teaming up with Children’s National Hospital for a special partnership, we knew it would be a perfect initiative to share in our Local Spotlight column…and today, we’re inviting you to support this worthy cause!
Heather has just released a collection of breathable cotton masks, each hand-painted with one of her iconic abstract designs using non-toxic materials. Her custom-blended paints are formulated with recycled glass particles lending a shimmery, sparkling finish and no two masks are the same!
100% of proceeds from each mask sale will be donated to Children’s National Hospital, where Heather’s own children received exemplary care as “miracle kids”. Your mask purchase will fund “miracle” treatments for more than 230,000 children across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, regardless of race, age, insurance, or ability to pay.
