What exactly does Secretly Gifting do?

We are a gift concierge company based in Washington DC specializing in bespoke and creative gifting solutions for individuals and corporations. We source specialty items from our diverse network of global vendors in order to connect every client with the perfect gift for every occasion. Working with both individuals and companies large and small, we are best known for impactful gift giving that begins with the presentation. The gift budgets range greatly from $50 to $50,000 +. Individuals can work with us on a single gift or purchase a “package” which entitles them to our services for 3, 5, or 10 gifts. Businesses work with us to create custom gifting programs that foster the relationships that matter most. This could mean internal team appreciation gifts or client gifts to ensure lasting and fruitful connections. We help companies cut their gifting costs while streamlining and elevating their gifting programs.

How long before I receive my gift options?

We generally ask for two full business days. This allows us adequate time to research unique gift ideas and source them from our extensive network of vendors. We can work off of an abbreviated timeline in extenuating circumstances, but do not recommend this for most clients.

What if I am not satisfied with the gift options presented to me?

Each client’s complete and utter satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If a client is not happy with the initial gift concepts presented, we go back to the drawing board and present additional items until we get it right! To avoid situations like this, our process for every client begins with a thoughtful and comprehensive Q&A. This helps us understand the client’s objectives and concerns, while relaying important details about the tastes and preferences of the recipient, as well as important timeline and budget information.

Do I have to pay extra for wrapping?

We take great pride in the presentation of our gifts and our acclaimed gift wrap is included with our fees for individual gifting. This includes everything from wrapping paper, boxes and the finest ribbon that will accompany the gift. Corporate orders incur an additional wrapping fee based on the scope of the project. This is accounted for in each client’s initial quote.

What do I pay in addition to the cost of the gift?

Each client pays a special fee to retain our services. This covers the cost of our time spent researching and procuring your gift(s), as well as custom wrapping, delivery, and supplies. Our services begin at $150 for one gift. This fee includes two gift options that you can choose from. Take one and save the other for later! Individual clients receive a tiered discount for gifts purchased in “packages” (for more information on our available packages, email us at info@secretlygifting.com). Pricing for corporate clients is custom, based on the size and scope of the project.

Is there a minimum price for the gift itself?

No. The gift concepts we present to you will reflect your objective and budget, as well as the recipient’s preferences. We’re prepared to present gifts that cost anywhere from $50 to $50,000+ and we do not charge a minimum.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for this item to ship via standard USPS shipping. Here at Secretly Gifting, we want you to love your items as much as we do! We do allow returns for store credit or exchange only, within 15 days of receipt. If wishing to exchange or return for store credit please email us at info@secretlygifting.com. All custom items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

How much does shipping cost?

We’re pleased to offer a flat rate of $8 per order. We ship ground (via USPS) on all US orders! Rush orders will incur additional shipping and handling charges.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All standard (non-rush, domestic) orders receive free ground shipping via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. For custom items please allow 10-14 business days for your item to ship.

I need help with my order (to modify, cancel, or get a status update). Can you help?

Yes, we’d be glad to help you! Simply email orders@secretlygifting.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of your issue or concern. A member of our team will promptly reply to assist you.

Privacy

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

What’s your return policy?

Here at Secretly Gifting, we want you to love your items as much as we do! We do allow returns for store credit or exchange only, within 15 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email info@secretlygifting.com to initiate a return within 15 days of receipt. After confirming your eligibility for a return or exchange, we will request that you send back the unused, unworn merchandise (with all of its original packaging) via your preferred trackable shipping method. Please note that all sale items are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized items.

Do online orders include gift wrap?

Our signature gift wrap is available for an additional charge of $10 for online orders. Simply select the “please gift wrap my item” option at checkout. *Animal rugs are excluded from gift wrap due to size and will arrive with a bow
