Hello Dears,

We write to you with a renewed sense of optimism and a hopeful outlook this week. Today’s issue of The Wrap showcases a number of specialty items and exclusive gifts we’re selling all month long to celebrate fathers, friends, teachers, kids, and loved ones. We’re donating a portion of proceeds to the NAACP, and doing our part to inspire harmony, delight, and cheer with each sale!

We're also kicking off a special sale on our popular hand-beaded rainbow earrings in honor of Pride Month, so scoop up a pair for yourself or a friend before we sell out again! Enter code "PRIDE" at checkout for $10 off, and make sure to tag us on Instagram (@SecretlyGifting) to show how you style your pair!

We have new gifts aplenty, and for travelers and dreamers, we’re excited to debut an exclusive collection of hand-beaded passport covers made by a favorite new Indian designer. These are customizable with a single letter initial or name of your choice, and make the perfect gift for anyone planning their next getaway!

In limited stock, we also have hand-stitched pocket squares made by a British menswear designer we discovered in Paris, and these are perfect as a last minute Father’s Day gift!  We're also sharing four brand new statement earring designs from our favorite Miami-based fashion jeweler, and you can order these via email beginning today!

We’re happy to gift-wrap and ship any items you might wish you purchase, and we’re offering curbside pick-up for a selection of in-stock and “ready to gift” pieces. We’ve also just updated The Gift Vault (our fabulous e-commerce shop) with a variety of items from our Spring and Summer Pop-Ups, so you can shop the entire selection in one place for added ease and convenience!

Since school’s out for the summer, it’s also the perfect time for us to debut the amazing collection of children’s activity boards we designed with a new vendor partner specializing in acrylic work. These fun and travel-friendly pieces come in four design options and are fully customizable with a name, nickname, or initial monogram…be sure to check them out below or via our Instagram highlight!

We’re grateful for your continued patronage and support, and we hope that this collection of exquisitely designed unique and cheerful gift items offers a touch of light and levity to your week!  At the bottom of today's issue you'll also find a special invitation to attend The Washington Ballet's Virtual Center Stage Gala this Thursday, and we'd love to see you there. Take care and be well.

Local Spotlight: The Washington Ballet

This week we're proud to shed light on a cause particularly near and dear to Ashley's heart.  In addition to running a professional dance company and a school of ballet for more than 350 students, The Washington Ballet provides community programs for adults and children of all ages and ethnicities in DC. Ashley is a proud member of TWB's Women's Committee, and takes great pride in supporting initiatives like DanceDC, an educational program proving lessons and classes to kids and teens from pre-school through twelfth grade.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, DanceDC has pivoted to support students virtually with a wide variety of free resources to support classical ballet education.

The digital content collection includes activity guides, videos, music kits and coloring books...and we wholeheartedly encourage you to share it with any children in your life!

The Washington Ballet is also hosting a live event this week to raise funds and awareness for community engagement programs like DanceDC, and Ashley is inviting all Secretly Gifting VIPs to attend! The Center Stage Virtual Gala will begin streaming at 7:00 PM this Thursday, June 18th and you can find essential information like donation instructions, and a special message from Artistic Director, Julie Kent on this page

The Gala, which Ashley Co-Chaired this year, will include a dance company performance inspired by the 2000 film Center Stage, as well as a virtual toast complete with cocktail recipes created by TWB studio dancer and bartender Corey Landolt. We hope you'll consider supporting TWB's "Stronger Than Ever" Campaign to see you on Thursday evening for the Gala!
